- You use Track & Trace for your shipment, as lost packages cannot be refunded.
- The package contains your name and order number for smooth processing.
- The return will be sent to the correct address to ensure a hassle-free refund.
What is not eligible for a refund:
- Packages that have been opened or used.
- Packages lost in transit.
- Packages returned in poor condition due to inadequate packaging, rendering them unusable.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal Unless otherwise agreed with you, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Shipping & Returns
- The customer is responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Our customers are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods and the returned package has been checked at our warehouse.
